Simon Rickles Furniture Restoration –

This carving came to me in a very sorry state, in several pieces, the main crown and unicorns horn where missing and  it had a lot of small chips. It took several weeks to carve the missing elements from photographs and splice in and carve the chips, all in English oak, then the whole piece was cleaned and polished.
